Under the mask of an exploration game, Spoor: All Walks of Life is a device for one to explore not just a diverse ecosphere, but also to explore one’s own sense of self. What am I? What is my purpose? These are questions we ask ourselves before bed and even inside dreams. Without a way to confirm our answers, these questions turn into enigmas and will haunt us until we just get it over with and move on, but no matter how assertive we convince ourselves with elaborate reasoning, deep inside we still covet an ultimate answer. I invite people who played Spoor to think through these questions and embrace the fact that there is no way to verify their answer because there is no exact identical individual. Still, it is the pursuit of our answer that makes us who we are, and no answer is subpar than another, only to be judged by the questioners themselves.
